Thread: AC 90-116 Second Pilot Phase I

    Hi Greg. I am assuming this post is for an experimental gyroplanes that will be assigned a tail number correct. My understanding is that you cannot build time in a ultralight gyro for a gyroplane rating. Your other option is to buy a experimental gyro that has been signed off and flown for more than 40 hours. Please correct me if I am wrong.
